About Me
I’m a software engineer with 15 years in production software, for a Series A company, a national bank and the US DoD.
I get technical teams moving on high-stakes projects, usually ones that are behind or at risk. My core background is customer-facing product development, on core, platform and product teams.
IkeWebStudio
My design and engineering studio. It designs and builds websites and web apps for businesses, with a dedicated team on every project.
I also write Get Found ↗, a newsletter for business owners on being found by Google and AI tools.

A forward deployed engineer works inside the customer’s own setup. They learn the problem, build what is missing and get it running there.
That is how I have worked. I ran two collaborations with partner organizations, gave their developers direct React support and trained three of them over eight weeks. I have answered client support requests myself since my first job. I sit in the stakeholder meetings, and I stay until it is approved and running.
